Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda has released cut songs from the musical on SoundCloud.

The first song he released earlier this week was “One Last Ride Reprise,” a song cut from Act 2 during George Washington’s death. According to Miranda’s tweet,  it was initially written as a song that would have come after “Dear Theodosia Reprise,” another song that was cut from the production.

The second song he released just a few hours ago was “This One’s Mine.” According to Miranda’s tweet, it was a song that he wrote about Eliza meeting Hamilton. But when his wife told him that “…it doesn’t feel like your final draft.”, he replaced it with the song “Helpless.”
