WATCH: Frozen Releases New Broadway Trailer Hours Before Opening Night!
A new trailer for Frozen The Broadway Musical has just been released hours before it officially opens on Broadway!
In the video below, you can see some very familiar scenes from the animated film performed live on stage, including the coronation scene, Anna and Hans’ ‘Love is an Open Door’ duet, and Elsa’s magical turn in ‘Let it Go’.
The creative team has also released four new original songs composed by award-winning songwriting team Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez over the last four weeks– ‘Monster’, performed by Caissie Levy as Elsa, ‘What Do You Know about Love?’, performed by Patti Murin as Anna and Jelani Aladdin as Kristoff, ‘Dangerous to Dream’ performed by Caissie Levy, and ‘True Love’ performed by Patti Murin.
The production is directed by Michael Grandage, with choreography by Rob Ashford, sets and costumes by Christopher Oram, and musical arrangement by Stephen Oremus. Jennifer Lee, the film’s screenwriter and co-director, has written the book for the musical.
