Join the creative and passionate members of the BGC Passion Collective and explore the various roles in theater, on-stage and off!

The BGC Passion Collective is the premier community theater group of Bonifacio Global City that first took the stage in 2017. The group started with 26 individuals with completely diverse backgrounds and one common passion. With the help and support of theater veterans as their mentors, the members have not only grown as performers but also as a company. They hope to continue to produce performances that are fresh, insightful and remind the audience just how fun it is to be in theater.

Interested participants can choose one of three tracks:

1. Performer Track: This track focuses on honing skills in acting, singing, and dancing in a musical theater show (Mentor / Directors: Joel Trinidad and Nicky Trivino, Music Director: Rony Fortich)

2. Production Design Track: This track covers all aspects in production design — Set, Props, Costume, Hair and Make-up (Mentor: Clarisse Co)

3. Production Management Track: This track trains individuals for Stage Management and Production Management (Mentor: Mariko Yasuda)

The program culminates with a brand new, original musical entitled ‘NIGHT SHIFT: A Call Center Musical.’ The production features the interrelated stories of seven call center employees whose lives are thrown into chaos one night, due to the arrival of a mysterious female intruder with a grievance… and a gun. It’s an original musical comedy, with book and lyrics by Joel Trinidad, story by Nicky Triviño, and music by Rony Fortich, that takes a lighthearted look at the unique and colorful culture of the call center industry.
