Get P500 off ‘El Fuego del Alma’
Porvenir is offering returning audiences ₱500 off a second ticket to El Fuego del Alma, inviting theatergoers to experience the production’s different day and night performances, seasonal settings, and rotating lead pairings.
The company’s Filipino adaptation of Tennessee Williams’ Summer and Smoke is designed so that no two performances are exactly alike. Depending on the scheduled performance, audiences experience the play either in daylight or after sunset, with the venue taking on a distinctly different atmosphere depending on the time of day.
The production also unfolds across two seasonal settings. Some performances take place during the Dry Season, while others are set in the Wet Season, allowing the Philippine climate to shape the emotional tone of the story.
In addition, the lead performers rotate roles throughout the run. The actors portraying Juanito also perform Archie, while the actresses portraying Alma also take on the role of Rosa. Each combination creates different character dynamics and interpretations, giving returning audiences a different experience from the one they previously saw.
The cast features Hariette Mozelle and Opaline Santos alternating as both Alma and Rosa; Nour Hooshmand alternating as Alma; Sandino Martin, Vincent Pajara, and Johnny Maglinao alternating as Archie, with Martin and Pajara also alternating as Juanito; Janna Cortes and Ingrid Joyce alternating as Nelia; Madeleine Nicolas and Sheryll Ceasico alternating as Gng. Ortega; and Rolando Inocencio and JP Lopez alternating as Min. Ortega/Dok Yago. Tristan Bite completes the cast. A performance schedule is available below.
The ₱500 discount is available to audience members who have already attended El Fuego del Alma. To claim it, theatergoers must send a message to Porvenir through Facebook or Instagram and provide proof of their original ticket purchase. The name and email address on the original Ticket2Me or direct ticket purchase must match a valid government- or school-issued ID. Once verified, the company will provide instructions on how to redeem the discount.
The offer is valid for one discounted ticket per original ticket purchased, is subject to seat availability, cannot be combined with other promotions, and applies to all remaining performances.
