Ryan Cayabyab Talks Filipino Musicals on April 5
National Artist for Music Ryan Cayabyab will be sharing tips on creating new Filipino musicals and stories from his past works. The online session will be streamed HERE on April 5, 4-5pm.
Cayabyab has composed music for original Filipino musicals such as Katy!, Noli Me Tangere, El Filibusterismo, Ang Larawan, and Rama, Hari.
He is also currently spearheading the Bayanihan Musikahan movement, a series of free concerts on Facebook Live that serve as fundraising campaigns for the most vulnerable communities in this COVID-19 crisis.
