The cast of the Miss Saigon US National Tour looks set and ready to go!

In this video by Broadway.com, you can watch Red Concepcion (The Engineer) performing ‘American Dream’ with the ensemble, together with Emily Bautista (Kim) and Anthony Festa (Chris) singing ‘Sun and Moon’, and Bautista singing ‘I’d Give My Life for You’.

It was announced last August 2 that Filipino homegrown thespian Red Concepcion would be joining the tour after playing the coveted role in the UK tour. The tour kicks off on in Rhode Island on September 21. You can find out more about the touring dates HERE.

Set during the final days before the American evacuation of Saigon in 1975, ‘Miss Saigon’ is a story about an American G.I., Chris, and a young Vietnamese woman, Kim, who fall in love, just as their world is falling apart around them.

This production is directed by Laurence Connor, with music by Claude-Michel Schönberg and lyrics by Richard Maltby Jr and Alain Boublil, adapted from the original French lyrics by Alain Boublil with additional lyrics by Michael Mahler. Tony Award winner Lea Salonga originated the role of Kim in the West End and on Broadway.
