Buy “Ang Huling El Bimbo” Original Cast Recording from March 1!
“Ang Huling El Bimbo”, the original OPM musical set to the music of 90’s band “The Eraserheads”, is returning to the Newport Performing Arts Theater of Resorts World Manila this March.
The creative team, composed of Dexter Santos (director), Dingdong Novenario (playwright), and Myke Salomon (musical director), are all coming back for the rerun. Joining them is Floy Quintos, who serves as the show’s dramaturg.
Original cast members Gian Magdangal, Tanya Manalang, Jon Santos, OJ Mariano, Reb Atadero, Boo Gabunada, Bibo Reyes, and Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo are all returning this 2019. Joining them as alternate cast members are Nicco Manalo, David Ezra, Myke Salomon, Carla Guevara Laforteza, Lance Reblando, Rafa Siguion-Reyna, Gab Pangilinan, and Phi Palmos.

Resorts World Manila has announced that the show will be releasing an original cast recording with 14 tracks performed by the original cast, and one bonus track from the new cast. The track listing includes the following songs:

The album will be available starting March 1, when the show officially opens to the public, at the theater vestibule of the Newport Performing Arts Theater. Album price is yet to be finalized.
The show will be running from March 1 to April 6, 2019 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater of Resorts World Manila.
