‘Yellow Rose’ and PAK Team Up for Kumu Contests

Yellow Rose, the film starring Eva Noblezada, Lea Salonga, and Princess Punzalan, which had its local premiere last January 28, is now streaming on Netflix.

To mark this milestone, PAK (Performing Artists on Kumu) has teamed up with Yellow Rose and Kumu for a series of weekly contests. The first one started last May 8 in time for Mother’s Day. Here are its contest mechanics:

1. Post a Kumu Klip on your account. Talk about your relationship with your mom or with your mother figure in an artistic way (song, dance, spoken word poetry, artwork, etc.) in one 27-57 second Kumu Klip.
2. Integrate the song Dahil Sa ‘Yo (sung by Lea Salonga in the film) in your entry.
3. Tag @p.a.k. and include the hashtags #YellowRosePAKontest and #YellowRoseOnKumu.
4. The top 3 chosen entries will receive 50,000 Kumu coins each.
5. Winners will be announced and contacted on June 6.
