The Child’s World (TCW), in partnership with Eksena PH and Ateneo SPEED, will be staging Sabaybayan, an original musical featuring the students of The Childs World.

Seventy of TCW’s children with special needs will take center stage, featuring the voices of thespians Claude Tristan Ang, Christian Ivan Dwayne Tamayo, Trixie Esteban , Manok Nellas-Bagadiong , Ybes Bagadiong, Axl Fernandez , Kyle Confesor, and Zia Francesca Tan.

This show is written by Aldrich Alcantara, with music and musical direction by Barbie N. Dumlao. It is directed by the director and CEO of Eksena PH, Karl Alexis Jingco.

They are joined by Kath Nobleza (assistant direction), Cy Tiongson (choreography), Io Balanon (production design), Gabo Tolentino (lighting design), Steph Estrella (stage management), Kevin Matsuyama (graphic design), and Teachers of The Childs World (stage angels).

The show will be staged on January 14 at the Areté theater of Ateneo for 2 shows only at 3pm and 7pm. The production will also serve as a fundraiser for TCW as it finds its new permanent home. Tickets are available at Ticket2Me for P1,000, P1,500, and P2,000. For further inquiries, contact 0917-5981588/ 8712-4722.
