
FULL LIST: Tony Awards 2026 Winners Announced
The 79th Annual Tony Awards, hosted by Pink, concluded its broadcast on the CBS Television Network on June 7 at 8 PM ET. The ceremony was held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
Heading into the night, The Lost Boys and Schmigadoon! led the pack with 12 nominations each, followed by Ragtime with 11, and Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman, Cats: The Jellicle Ball, and Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show with 9 each.
Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman took home the most awards of the evening with six wins, including Best Revival of a Play, Best Direction of a Play for Joe Mantello, and Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Role in a Play for Laurie Metcalf. The Lost Boys, Schmigadoon!, and Ragtime followed with four wins each. Schmigadoon! won Best Musical, Ragtime won Best Revival of a Musical, and Liberation won Best Play.
Winning the major acting awards were Caissie Levy, who won Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical for her portrayal of Mother in Ragtime; Joshua Henry, who won Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical for his portrayal of Coalhouse Walker Jr. in Ragtime; John Lithgow, who won Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Play for his portrayal of Roald Dahl in Giant; and Lesley Manville, who won Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play for her portrayal of Jocasta in Oedipus.
