WATCH: Bituin Escalante, Sheila Francisco, Michael Williams in Triple Threat CCP Concerts
CCP Online will be streaming the Triple Threat Concerts of three of Philippine theater’s brightest stars– Bituin Escalante, Sheila Francisco, and Michael Williams.
Entitled Triple Threats: Leading Men and Women of Philippine Musical Theater, the solo concerts were held in 2014 at the CCP. Escalante was most recently seen playing the role of Rachel in Joseph the Dreamer, Nanay Saling in Himala: Isang Musikal, and Becky in Waitress.
Francisco was most recently seen as Tiya Dely in Ang Huling El Bimbo, Anne Marie in A Doll’s House Part 2, and Nanay Saling in Himala: Isang Musikal. Williams played the roles of Larry in Company, Boss/Kamatayan in Katsuri, and Dr. Henry Jekyll/Edward Hyde in Jekyll and Hyde.
The three concerts will begin streaming on CCP’s YouTube channel at 3pm today and will be available for 48 hours only.
