WATCH: New “Aladdin” Live-Action Trailer Released
A new trailer has been released for the upcoming live-action remake of Disney’s “Aladdin”. The film stars Mena Massoud as Aladdin, Naomi Scott as Princess Jasmine, Marwan Kenzari as Jafar, Navid Negahban as the Sultan, and Will Smith as Genie.

The film is directed by Guy Ritchie and written by John August and Ritchie, based on Disney’s animated feature of the same name. Alan Menken provides the score, which includes new recordings of the original songs written by Menken and lyricists Howard Ashman and Tim Rice. Two new songs written by Menken and songwriting duo Benj Pasek and Justin Paul are also included.
The film is slated for a May 24, 2019 release.
