What was the first theater production you ever saw?
A Streetcar Named Desire. Sa Philam, na ngayon wala na. Sayang noh?
What is your ultimate dream role?
Iyung hindi ko pa nagagawa. Iyun ang dream role ko.
If you weren’t in theater, what would you be doing?
Hi, table for how many po? (laughs) I don’t know, diyos ko. Probably anything I can do, you know. (laughs) Which includes that.
What is your funniest onstage memory?
Alam mo naman diba kung final act kailangan bongga, so nagtableau kami, mga rallyista kami kungwari. Nagbarkada kami. Sisigaw kami ng “Makibaka! Huwag matakot!” Tatlong beses. So dapat fierce kami. “Makibaka! Huwag matakot! Makibaka! Huwag matakot! Makibaka! Huwag matakot! Ma…” Merong hindi nagbibilang.
How do you define success?
Well I guess you can say na, when you’re happy. When you’re happy with who you are, that is being successful.
