‘Request sa Radyo’ Starring Lea Salonga, Dolly de Leon: Tickets Go On Sale
As previously reported, Lea Salonga and Dolly de Leon are set to headline a local staging of Franz Xaver Kroetz’s Wunschkonzert (or Request Program), entitled Request sa Radyo, in scheduled alternating performances.
Presented by Ayala Land, GMG Productions, John B. Echauz & Joanna Silayan-Echauz, Bobby Garcia and Clint Ramos, and with BPI as the official bank partner, the wordless, one-woman play will run for 20 performances only, from October 10 to October 20, 2024, at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati. It will be directed by Bobby Garcia.
Request sa Radyo captures the solitude of a woman through her meticulous evening routine. As she navigates her quiet, solitary life, her actions and her favorite radio program reveal the profound loneliness and yearning for connection that lie beneath.

There are two pricing levels—P8,240 and P9,785, inclusive of all fees and taxes. The production will be in the round, with the seating layout arranged so that the audience surrounds the stage on all sides. This immersive setup aims for a more intimate and engaging experience, as audience members are closer to the action and can view the performance from multiple perspectives.
Tickets for Request sa Radyo will be available for pre-sale starting July 29 to 30 exclusively for BPI credit card holders and on July 31 to August 1 for First Access registered accounts via the play’s official website. General sales open to the public on August 2. Tickets are available via Ticketworld.
