Musical theater child performer Noel Comia Jr. has just made it through the blind auditions on the most recent episode of The Voice Kids. He is in an enviable position because not only is he part of Team Lea [Salonga], where he will be mentored by the Tony-Award winning actress, but he also got a chance to sing A Whole New World with her. Lea is the voice of Princess Jasmine in Disney’s smash-hit, Aladdin.

Noel Comia Jr. was part of 3 big musicals last year. He played Pinocchio in Repertory Philippines’ Pinocchio, Colin in Repertory Philippines’ Christmas offering The Secret Garden, and the little prince in Tanghalang Pilipino’s Prinsipe Munti, a Filipino adaptation of the popular book by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, where he was nominated for Outstanding Male Lead Performance in a Musical at the most recent Philstage Gawad Buhay Awards alongside theater veterans, Audie Gemora and Michael de Mesa.
