‘Lilli’ Play to Be Staged in Albay
Sining Banwa is staging full-length play, ‘Lilli’ next month.
According to the company, the show is about the life of Liliosa Hilao, a campus journalist who had become victim of human rights abuses during the time of Martial Law during Ferdinand Marcos’ presidency.
With text, direction, and set design by Sari Saysay, lighting design is by Harvs Taopo, sound design by Tonyo Soreda, costume design by Jeanette Napay and Jeri Napay, stage management by Rollymie Bonilla, boardmen are Carl Christian Latap and Steven Base, and properties by Maynard Tarog, and Jabo
The cast includes Adam Ramirez, Alyssa Chavez, Arnold Artificio, Clarence Delarosa, Cresnil Templado, Diwa Samingkil, Dories Barcia, Frida Belga, Gabriel Purac, Jerald, Honeylyn Anoñuevo, Jabo Obing, Carlo Bitancur, Jasmine Andee, Jazzy Martires, Jayter Linganay, Harvz Demesa, Lalaine Pearl Azur, Isabella Anoñuevo, Rosechelle Marie Munda, Mark Gonzales, Jerick Diamsim Jacob, Meriam Nizar Rasbey, Mia Romero, Fatima Dollaga, Moiselle Armenta, Pau Espinas, Q Castillo, Regine Bue, Rodante Pabillar, Ryan Banaria, Tonyo Soreda, and Toti Logronio.
The show will run at Pasakalye Black Box Art Studio from August 25 to September 11.
