So while we were going through the repeat telecast of The Voice on Star World, we were pleasantly surprised to see Kelly Clarkson singing her version of Hamilton’s ‘It’s Quiet Uptown’ with season runner-up Billy Gilman!

The Voice

We were screaming at our television sets because it’s not everyday that current Broadway-based music gets featured on mainstream television. Kelly Clarkson is only one among many other talented artists including Sia, The Roots, Regina Spektor, John Legend, Alicia Keys, and Jill Scott featured in the album. The mixtape was officially released last December 2.
