‘Here Comes the Bride’ Movie to be Turned into a Stage Musical in 2025

Here Comes the Bride, the 2010 Filipino comedy film by Star Cinema,OctoArts Films and Quantum Films, will be coming to the stage as a musical entitled Here Comes The Musical in 2025.

The teaser to the upcoming musical was posted as a reel by director Chris Martinez. Written and directed by Chris Martinez (films: Kimmy Dora, I Do Bidoo Bidoo: Heto nAPO Sila!, Ang Babae sa Septic Tank; stage: Kung Paano Ako Naging Leading Lady, VLF’s Hapagkainan and River Lethe), Here Comes the Bride follows five different people that switch souls when an accident happened during a solar eclipse. It starred Angelica Panganiban, Eugene Domingo, Tuesday Vargas, John Lapus, Tom Rodriguez, and Jaime Fabregas.

Details on the upcoming stage musical have yet to be announced.
