The INK Project MNL returns with a staged reading of The Summoning by Charlotte Ahlin this August 4, 2024 at the HHM Studio in Pasig. This is the second project since the company’s pioneer production of Mark St. Germain’s The God Committee in February 2023.

The Summoning is a darkly comic play about three college seniors toying with the supernatural as they stand on the brink of adulthood, AKA life after graduation. We get to take a peek at how messy, but equally beautiful, girlhood and female friendships can be in this one-act play.

The female-led production features performances by Justine Narciso (Circe), Barbara Jance (Morgan), and Valerie de la Rosa (Lily). It will be directed by Yvonne Gaebrielle Russell, with Marga Rillo as the assistant director.

They are joined by Ayce Gelilio (Stage Manager), Kiefer Sison (Light and Sound Designer), Anna Tan (Set Designer), and Faith Uyboco and Jerome Izon (Graphic Designers).

There will only be two shows (3:00 PM & 7:00 PM) and a limited capacity of 70 audience members per show. Tickets are priced at P650, which comes with a free drink.

Tickets can be purchased through the INK Project MNL’s Google Form.
