Elecktra, a contemporary adaptation of Sophocles’ classic Greek tragedy, is coming to The Mirror Theatre Studio this July.

Adapted and directed by Nelsito Gomez, with production design by Sarah Facuri, Elecktra explores themes of family dysfunction and grief in the language of today. The cast features Dippy Arceo as Elecktra, Issa Litton as Clytaemnestra, Dani Roque as Chrysothemis, Ysh Bautista as Orestes, and Tarek El Tayech as Aegisthus.

The show runs on July 25 at 8 PM, July 26 at 8 PM, July 27 at 6 PM, August 1 at 8 PM, August 2 at 8 PM, and August 3 at 3 PM.  Tickets are P500 each and are available via the company’s Google Form.
