TAG PH Opens the Second Leg of Its Bi-Annual Membership Drive

Professional theater actors have until July 31, 2024, to join the Philippine Theater Actors Guild, Inc. (TAG PH) as its bi-annual membership drive begins its second leg for the year.

This 2024, TAG PH remains steadfast in its commitment to its Purpose Statement: “We champion the professional value of the Philippine Theater Actor.” Embracing a holistic approach, TAG PH’s fundraising initiatives, termed FUNding Drives, play a pivotal role in securing financial support, allowing the organization to sustain operations and execute impactful projects. These include exclusive Master Classes and Workshops designed to foster skill development, creativity, and the nurturing of emerging talents.

Moreover, a robust focus on Actor’s Protection ensures the well-being and rights of performers through productive engagements with organizations such as the Philippine Legitimate Stage Artists Group (Philstage). These efforts culminate in TAG PH’s #roadto2031 goal of becoming a self-sustaining organization and the premier advocate for the development of the craft of acting and its actors, and safeguarding and advancing the rights and welfare of its general membership.
