‘The God Committee’ Play to be Staged this February
The God Committee, a play written by Mark St. Germain, will be staged by The INK Project MNL on arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French, Inc. for one show only this February.
Directed by Kiefer Sison and co-directed remotely by Mischa Velasco, the play delves into the moral and ethical dilemmas faced by the Heart Transplant Selection Committee at St. Patrick’s Hospital in New York as they decide which of three patients will receive a heart.
The cast includes Timothy Racho as Dr. Jack Klee, Yvonne Gaebrielle Russell as Dr. Ann Ross, Cha Crisostomo as Dr. Kiera Banks, Darren Kennièl as Dr. Alex Gorman, Anna Tan as Nella Larkin, R.N., Hannah Marasigan as Fr. Charles Dunbar, and Jerome Izon as Dominick Piero.
The production team includes Cha Crisostomo (Technical Director), Darren Kennièl (Score Composer), Anna Tan (Set Designer), Jerome Izon (Graphic Designer), Meryl Faith (Lights Operator and Graphic Designer), Chaguz Oca (Stage Manager), and Ayce Gelilio (Assistant Stage Manager).
The show will be staged on February 5, 8PM at the show’s venue partner, Empty Stomach BGC (2/F Fort Pointe Bldg., Fort Strip, 28th St. cor. 7th Ave, Taguig). Doors open at 6PM to give time for food and drink orders.
Limited seats are available at the venue. Purchase online via The INK Project MNL on social media for P350 a ticket. Tickets will also be available at the door for P500 on a first-come, first-served basis.
