WATCH: “Frozen 2” Teaser Trailer Released!
Disney has just released the teaser trailer for “Frozen 2”!
The sequel will be released 6 years after “Frozen” first came to cinemas. Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff, and Josh Gad will be back to play the voices of Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf respectively. According to Variety, Evan Rachel Wood and Sterling Brown are in talks to join the sequel.
The same creative team also comes back for the film, with co-directors Jennifer Lee (who also returns as scriptwriter) and Chris Buck, and songwriting duo Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez.
“Frozen” is officially the highest-grossing animated film of all-time. It won Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song for “Let it Go” at the Academy Awards. A stage adaptation opened on Broadway on March 2018 and continues to run at the St. James Theatre.
The film will open in US cinemas on November 22, 2019.
