New ‘Romeo and Juliet’ Production to Stream

A filmed theatrical production of Romeo and Juliet, starring Sam Tutty and Emily Redpath in the titular roles, will be streaming online in time for Valentine’s Season.

They are joined by Brandon Bassir (Mercutio), Daniel Bowerbank (Benvolio), Jonny Labey (Paris), Vinta Morgan (Friar), Lucy Tregear (Nurse), Sylvester Akinrolabu (Tybalt), Marc Ozall (Montague), Jessica Murrain (Prince), Helen Anker (Capulet), Timmy Driscoll (Sam), Tats Nyazika (Greg), Ollie Tennant (Balthasar), and Iskandar Eaton (Abe).

The filmed production is directed by Nick Evans. Also in the creative team are Gwenan Bain (assistant director), Ryan Metcalfe (editor), Jim Arnold CDG (casting director), Natasha Bowles (costume designer), Jamie Osborne (production designer), Gary Beestone (production manager), Elliot Smith (lighting designer), Olly Steel (sound designer), and Sam Dinley (composer). Romeo and Juliet is produced by Metcalfe Gordon Productions Ltd, Ryan Metcalfe, and Simon Gordon.

The shows will run from February 14 to 21. Early bird tickets will be available until February 11. You can book tickets here.
