Now Streaming: Virgin Labfest’s ‘Ang Paguulyanin ni Olivia Mendoza’ is Online
Virgin Labfest 2019’s Ang Pag-uulyanin ni Olivia Mendoza is now streaming as another selection in the Cultural Center of the Philippines’ Women Month Showcase presenting the creative portrayal of women dealing with women’s issues.
Set in a home for eldery, Olivia, a 75-year old woman hides her dark past from the man she loves in fear of losing their hard-fought relationship. Until one day, Alzheimer’s Disease took its toll and revealed her deepest secrets, leaving everything she holds dear falling apart with nothing but a trace of fractured memory she might never mend again.
Written by Rolin Migyuel Obina and directed by Phil Noble, the show features Edna Vida as Olivia, Nonoy Froilan as Andres, Celeste Legaspi as Julia, Crispin Pineda as Cesar, and Erlinda Villalobos as Lika.
This one-act first streamed last year. This year, it will be available for viewing online until March 31, 2021.
