‘Burning Man: The Musical’ Film to Stream Next Month

Burning Man: The Musical is set to stream via Broadway on Demand on August 27.

The film follows a young tech grad named Molly as she returns to Black Rock City, where Burning Man is held annually. The company she’s employed in has plans to destroy Burning Man. After being tasked to acquire drugs for her boss’ party, Molly finds herself on a journey to the community around Burning Man in search to find her true self.

The film is directed by Tyler Milliron and written by playwright Matt Werner with music by Gene Back. 

The cast includes an array of Broadway and theatre performers including Morgan Siobhan Green as Molly, Tally Sessions as Bill the Billionaire, Max Crumm as Chad, Michelle Duffy as Hazel the Hippie, Troy Iwata as Joe, and other cast members also include Allison Griffith, Ari Grooves, Mila Jam, YZ Jasa, and Michael McBride.
